Parmesan Chicken low carb

Ingredients
8 oz chicken breast (divided for two servings)1 cup Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce3 ounces Six cheese Italian Blend shredded cheese4 T Flaxseed meal
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spoon about 1/2 of the sauce into a pan.
3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge through Flaxseed meal. Put on top of the sauce in pan.
4. Top with remaining sauce and then with cheese.
5. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes (can go longer if need be).
