1 cup LowFat Vanilla Yogurt1 cup Almond Coconut Milk (unsweetend)1 Small Banana1 cup Fresh or Frozen Pineapple chunks1.5 cups Baby Spinach1 cup Frozen Berry Medley (strawberries, raspberries & black berries & blueberries) 2 or 3 ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are blended well and smooth.
