1 tablespoon each: Pumpkin Seeds, Chai Seeds, Coconut, Shredded 2 tablespoons Flaxseed.Cinnamon 1 tsp (optional)Milk (hot or cold)Fresh fruit (optional)
Directions
Place seeds, coconut & cinnamon in Vitamix or Coffee Grinder, blend til smooth.
Place into bowl with fresh fruit.
Add hot or cold milk
