3 can chunk light tuna, drained1/2 cup flax meal (ground flax seeds)1/4 cup onions or 4 scallions minced2 eggs, beaten1 tsp soy sauceDash of garlic powderSalt/pepper2 tsp olive oil4 tsp canola oil for frying (opt)1 sprouted-grain English muffin per burger (4 total)
Directions
Pan fry. The burgers tend to fall apart, so cook on low and let it get a firm crust before flipping.
