Banana Nut Almond Meal Muffins

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed (1-1/3 cups)2 eggs1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract3 tablespoons honey2 cups almond meal*1 tablespoon baking powder¼ teaspoon kosher salt1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice2/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients except chopped nuts into food processor. Process until smooth.
Add chopped nuts and pulse until mixed into batter.
Use ice cream scoop to evenly distribute into muffin tin.
Bake until muffins test clean (approx 30 min)
