Jamaican Shrimp sautee on a bed of salad greens

shrimp 2 pounds medium size1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp paprika1/4 tsp garlic salt2 tbsps soy sauceJamaican scotch bonnet pepper sauce1/4 tsp black pepper2 tbsp diced garlic1 cup diced onions4 tbsp margarine4 mandarin oranges segmented40 grapes halvedmixed salad greenstomatoes 20 small slices3 tbsps grated parmesan cheese7 tbsps Kraft fat free italian salad dressing
Marinate shrimp in soy sauce, black peper, salt, paprika, garlic and onions and Jamaican scotch bonnet sauce for 30 minutes.
Heat medium skillet on the fire with 4 tbsps margarine. Sautee shrimp for 3 minutes till cooked through.
Arrange salad greens, mix halved grapes segmented mandarin oranges. Arrange sliced tomatoes around the edge of the bed of greens.
Drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
To serve : Arrange shrimp on bed of salad greens.
