Ingredients
Directions
1 cup quick oats1/2 cup chocolate brown rice powder (I used Jarrow)1/2 cup PB21 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder4 packets Truvia1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup egg whites 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring1/4 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
Grease small baking dish (I used a 6" by 10"). Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first five ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Combine applesauce, egg whites, and vanilla in a smaller bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in mini chips.
Pour batter into baking dish and bake for approximately 15 minutes. You will need to adjust your baking time according to the size of dish you use. If you want your bars moister, bake for shorter time; if you desire them dryer, bake longer.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting. Can cut these into squares or bars.
