Baked Rotini

Ingredients
1.25 lbs. extra lean ground beef1 cup onion, choppedPrego Traditional Italian Sauce (737g)12 oz. box Heartland Whole Grain Rotini8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling water til tender; drain. In a large skillet, brown ground beef & onion. Drain & rinse excess fat. Add one jar Prego sauce, stir. Mix in pasta. Pour into 9 x 13 pan sprayed lightly w/Pam. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (til cheese lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes. May top serving with sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
