Ingredients
2 tsp.coconut oil1 medium onion, chopped1carrots, chopped1 lb. lean ground turkey4 cups chopped green cabbage 28 oz. diced tomatoes1 cup tomato puree1/4 cup cider vinegar
Directions
Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and carrots and saute for 5 min. Add the onion and carrots and saute for 5 min. Add the turkey and saute for 5 min, then add the cabbage and saute for 2 min more.
Add the tomatoes with their juices, tomato puree, and vinegaar. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 45 min. Serve in bowls.
