1/2 cup of Old Fashioned Quaker Oats (I measure this into a baggie)3/4 to 1 cup of water (I bring a bottle of water with me to school)1/2 banana, sliced at school1 ounce 1% milk in a little container
Put oatmeal and water in a large bowl. Put it in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes at 40% power.
Add sliced banana and milk
Enjoy.
