Directions
Using a meat mallet pound out the chicken breasts until they are about 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick. Make sure you something to cover the chicken when using the meat mallet so it won't make a mess. I used plastic wrap with foil on top. Use Pam butter spray to spray ur 9x13 glasss pan. Season chicken with sprinkle of salt and lay chicken breast in a 9x13 glass pan.
In a bowl combine the tomato sauce, basil, oregano, sucralose and Parmesan cheese. Mix with a spoon and pour over the chicken. Layer the mozzarella on top and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 min covered until the cheese is nicely melted and the sauce is bubbly.
During the last 10 minutes of cooking the chickened uncovered it.
