8oz frozen chopped spinach2 tab diced green chile peppers 1/2 cup of white onion diced1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream1/2 tsp of knorr chicken flavor bouillon1 cup of shredded 2 percent mexican four cheese blend3/4 cup of krogers break free egg productPam butter spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.
Spray pan with butter Pam than add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft. Defrost spinach & drain excess water than Stir in spinach and continue cooking until excess moisture has evaporated.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cream, cheese, chile peppers, & chicken bouillon. Add spinach mixture and stir to blend. Pour into prepared pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven until eggs have set, about 35 to 40minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings 1 slice per serving
