Body for Life Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs (or 6 egg whites)1 Cup oats ground to powder1 Cup low fat cottage cheese blended smooth1/2 t cinnamon1/4 t Baking Powder1/4 t Vanilla Extract
Directions
Grind oats to a powder in blender.
Blend cottage cheese till smooth.

Add rest of ingredients to blender or blend all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Heat a skillet to medium heat. Pour into pancakes and cook till lightly browned both sides. Serve with syrup, butter or any fruit topping.
