1 kilogram (35.3 ounces) lean ground beef 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil1 head garlic, crushed with garlic press1 tablespoon Mexican oregano1 tablespoon cumin1/2 teaspoon powdered chipotle chile1 teaspoon salt
Melt coconut oil in a skillet (I prefer cast iron) and brown ground beef in the oil. Add crushed garlic and cook while the meat continues to cook. Season with Mexican oregano, cumin, chipotle chile powder and salt.
Serving Size: Makes twelve 100-gram servings (about 1/4 cup per serving)
