Ingredients:Roasting Chicken, dark meat, 1.25 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (Use 1 bag of Kirkland's organic dark meat)Flaxseed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed, 9 tsp*Onion powder, 3 tsp*Dried Onion Flakes, 1 tbspGarlic powder, 1 tbspPaprika, 2 tsp1/2 large egg
1. Preheat oven to 450 (bake)
2. Whisk up the egg
3. rinse and pat dry the chicken meat
4. Toss dry ingredients into a large bag
5. Coat chicken in egg
6. Shake up chicken in bag with dry ingredients
7. Put onto a cookie sheet or tinfoil
8. Put in upper rack for 20 minutes (check using thermometer for doneness)
