1/2 cup gluten free old fashioned rolled oats1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds1/2 cup raw cashews1/4 cup almond oil1 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup sliced almonds2 T honeyvanillacinnamonsea salt
Preheat oven to 250 F. Mix oil, honey and spices, and toss with nut,s seeds and oats. Bake until dry and crispy, about 30 minutes.
