Apple, Strawberry Rhubarb Oatmeal Crisp

Ingredients
19 tbsp Brown Sugar, unpacked 1 1/4 cups + 5 tbsp All-purpose flour3 3/4 tsp Ground Ginger7 medium apples (2-3/4" dia)1 pkg Frozen Strawberries (600 grams)500g Frozen Rhubarb1 cup orange juice6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice10 tbsp Butter, melted5.75 tsp Cinnamon2.5 cups Oats
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Farenheit. In a very large bowl, mix together 5 tablespoons flour, 7 tablespoons sugar, ginger and 3 3/4 tsp cinnamon. Add fruit and juice and stir well. Heat in microwave for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Spoon the mixture into two glass baking dishes. In a separate large bowl, combine the rest of the sugar, flour and cinnamon with oats. Pour the melted butter in slowly, stirring constantly. Sprinkle over the fruit mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 30 1/2 cup servings - a LOT.
