Pears, fresh, 4 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Apple Juice, Kroger Frozen Concentrate (prepared), 1.25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 2 tsp
1. Cut in halves or fourths depending on preference and peel pears (if organic leave the peel on for extra fiber)
2. Place in sauce pan then cook till pears are tender and the juice has boiled into a more sauce like texture.
