Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)*Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage - Sage, 8 oz (remove)Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g), 2 serving (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)*Johnny's Seasoning Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove)Basil, chopped
mix all ingredients in large bowl, mix well to make sure eggs are well blended.
Form mixture in to small balls (or large if preferred).
Place in shallow baking dish with sauce, cover and bake on low around 300 for 1 hour, uncover and sprinkle parmesan cheese and bake another 15 minutes
Serving Size: makes approx 16 small meatballs
