Black Bean and Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar1 clove garlic, minced1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed1 15-oz. can whole-kernel corn, drained1 pint grape tomatoes, halved8 cups mixed greens4 cups shredded skinless meat from 1 rotisserie chicken1/3 cup scallions, white and light green parts, thinly sliced
Directions
1. Whisk together lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, and olive oil. In a large bowl, combine beans, corn and tomatoes; toss with 2 Tbsp. of vinaigrette.

2. Divide greens among 6 plates. Top with chicken, bean mixture and scallions. Drizzle with remaining vinaigrette.
