Club Salad

Ingredients
1/2 lb bacon1 can 6 oz chicken (or whole poached chicken breast)1/2 cup light mayo1/2 small head of lettuce chopped1 tomato chopped
Directions
Place bacon on cookie sheet and put into 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes (until crispy) chop bacon when done.

Put lettuce into large bowl, add about 1 or 2 tbsp bacon grease to wilt lettuce slightly, add remainder of ingredients, mix.
