Sugar-free whole grain blueberry muffins

2 c. wheat*2 c. oats*1 tsp baking powder1tsp baking soda1 apple2 bananas1/4 c. honey2 eggs2 tbsp olive oil1 c. blueberries* I actually use a whole grain mix that I got at the bulk food store but don't have the nutritional info on that
Grind your grains into flour ( you can do this in a wheat grinder, coffee grinder or blender. In a bowl combine flour and baking powder and soda. Puree apple and bananas and add to dry ingredients along with honey and eggs and olive oil. Mix thouroughly. Add blueberries and then spoon into muffin tins. Cook in a 350* pre-heated oven for about 15 mins. until done. Makes about 18 regular size muffins.
