Ingredients
3 cups non-dairy chocolate chips6 oz. Unsweetened coconut cream2 tbsp. coconut oil
Directions
Melt coconut oil in coconut cream and bring mixture to a boil. Once boiling, pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for two minutes, then whisk until smooth. Pour into mini muffin cups and freeze for one hour.
