Green Chili and Cilantro Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs Chicken (uncooked)1 can (7oz) of Green Chili Peppers1/2 cup Lime Juice 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)2 tsp garlic2 tsp of onion powder1 tsp salt1 Tbsp Olive Oil**Optional**additional can of Green Chilieschopped onions instead of onion powder
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together in a gallon size Ziploc bag (or an air tight container) the night before and let marinate in the refrigerator over night.

2. Place in the slow-cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 4 hours).

3. Remove and shred (or just serve whole)

Serving Size: Makes 10 servings (1/2 cup serving)
