Ingredients
2 T Olive Oil1 16 oz Jar Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce1 Pkg Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Linguini1 24 oz bag Frozen Bay Scallops1 10 oz pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Directions
Cook Linguinie according to package directions. While linguinie is cooking, saute scallops in olive oil. Season with lemon pepper or any other seasoning you would like. Drain linguinie and add in alfredo sauce, frozen veggies and scallops. Enjoy!
