Cottage Cheese and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
24 oz Cottage Cheese11 oz Tuna in water(I use the ones in the easy open package, not canned)12 Lettuce Leaves, torn into bite sized pieces1 Heirloom Tomato(or any other tomato), chopped into bite sized chunksSea Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix together, tuna and cottage cheese. Divide lettuce leaves between 6 plates. Spoon tuna mixture over lettuce, then top with tomatoes. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
