Glazed Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients
2 Slices of Pineapple (3.5x .5 inches)1 tsp Packed Brown Sugar.5 Tbs water.5 Tsp Cinnamon** Use the cinnamon to taste, more or less can be used. Also the glaze should be easy to spoon...if it is too thick add more water, if too runny, add a little more sugar.
Directions
On a grill pan, place the slices on it with a little room between them. You will cook the pineapple on a low to low/med heat for about 1-2 mins per side (depends on thickness and heat temp).

Before you flip the fruit to cook on the opposite side, spoon a small amount of the glaze over the top. Flip and cook the glazed side on a lower heat so the sugar doesn't burn. Cook until semi-tender or to a consistancy that you like.

**Fruit isn't an exact science when it cooks, this however will be a quick cook so keep your eye on it. This also cooks well on the top rack of the BBQ!
