12 Manicotti, uncooked 1 onion, chopped 1 large clove garlic, minced 1 lb ground beef 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided 1 egg, slightly beaten 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp oregano 24 oz pasta sauce 1 cup water
Brown beef, onion & garlic. Mix with drained spinach, cheese, egg and spices.
Place 1 cup sauce mixed with water in 9x13.
Stuff shells with meat mixture and place in 9x13. Cover with remaining sauce & water.
Cover and bake 1 hour.
