300 grams pasta cooked12 oz deli chicken diced1 sweet bell pepper diced (I used red and yellow)1 sweet onion diced1/2 cup sour cream,1/2 cup greek yogurt1/4 cup light mayo1/3 cup raisins1 tsp curry powder1/2 tsp salt2 mangos diced into small pieces
Cook pasta to desired stage. Meanwhile dice the bell peppers, onion and mangos. Mix sour cream, yogurt and light mayo with curry powder and salt. Mix with hot, drained pasta. Let cool about 15 minutes. Then add the chicken, and the mango and cool til ready to serve.
