Ground Turkey De-Lite

Ingredients
* Extra Lean Ground Turkey (16oz)* Banana's, Sliced (2 Medium)* Pineapple Chunks (1.5 cup)* Diced Tomatoes (1.5 cup)* Sweetened Shredded Coconut (.5 cup)
Directions
Brown Turkey over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Once turkey is browned, add pineapple chunks and Diced Tomatoes (including juices of both). Mix Well until juice has been slightly absorbed (about 7minutes). Add banana's and cook an additional 5 minutes, warming and softening the fruit. Remove from burner and let cool 3-5minutes.

Top servings with shredded coconut (optional).

For decoration, serve these in halved coconut bowls - great for parties!!
