Saute Kale Brussel Sprout & Bacon

Ingredients
1/2 head of fresh kale3 strips of uncured nitrate free bacon3 or 4 cloves of garlic mincedabout 8-10 brussel sproutsfresh cracked pepper1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oildash of salt
Directions
fry 3 strips of bacon until crispy then remove
saute halved brussel sprouts in bacon fat with garlic
then throw in kale with cracked pepper, salt and EVOO
sautee for about 5 minutes... kale should still be green and not be too wilted.
