1/2 cup rolled oats1 banana, cut1 whole egg1/3 cup cottage cheese1/2 tsp. cinnamondash of nutmeg
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend for 1 minute, or until all ingredients are well blended.
2. Heat frying pan over medium heat. Pour approx. 2-3 T of batter for each pancake. Let cook about 2 minutes each side or until golden brown.
3. Top with nuts, bananas, blueberries, honey, or other topping of your choice (not included in calorie count)
