Ingredients
Milk, 2%, 2 cup Flour, white, .25 cupClancy's Cheese Melt (Aldi), 8 ozButter, salted, 1 stick Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 16 ozSour Cream, .50 cupAldi’s Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C), 4 cup
Directions
cook macaroni, put in a baking pan, and set aside
in large sauce pan, add milk and flour, while it is heating add butter until melted whisking the whole time. then add cheeses stirring till melted. when all is melted and creamy pour over macaroni, then fold in sour cream. till blended
