Chicken Fajita Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
1 pound chicken 2 cups Riced Cauliflower2 cups Chicken Broth1/2 onionRed, Green, Yellow Peppers 1 Packet Fajita seasoning
Directions
Boil Chicken in 1 cup broth and 1 cup water
Drain and Shred chicken with 2 forks
Add Veggies, Fajita seasoning, Remaining broth, and cauliflower
Bring to boil then reduce to simmer 10 minutes
