No-Cook Barbecue Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup BBQ sauce2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar1 Tbsp water2 Tbsp olive oil8oz romaine lettuce2 cups skinless, diced, cooked chicken1.5 cups corn kernals (look for no salt added)2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch chunks2.5 cups black beans (look for low sodium)1 (4oz) can of chopped mild green chiles, drained
Directions
In a small bowl, with wire whisk, mix BBQ sauce, cider vinegar, and water. In slow, steady stream, whisk in oil.

On large deep platter, toss romaine with 1/4 cup dressing. Arrange chiken, corn, tomatoes, and beans in strips on top of romaine. Sprinkle with chiles and drizzle with remaining dressing. Toss just before serving.
