1 lb. chicken breast without skin6.5 ounces cooking wine2 cups low-fat yogurt1 can Healthy Request cream-of-chicken soup1 cup cut-up celery1/2 cup onion3 cloves garlic1 cup water1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes2 tsp. Chana Masala
Cut chicken into large bite-sized pieces. Cut up celery, onion and garlic and add to chicken. Cook at medium-high heat on stove top until cicken and vegetables are almost cooked through. When needed, because of the mixture getting dry, take off stove quickly and add wine. .Stir to get scrapings off bottom of pan and add chicken soup and water and keep stirring mixture together. Then turn stove down to medium and add yogurt. Keep stirring until mixture has ingredients blended. Serve over rice, potatos or noodles. Makes about four 1-cup servings
