Jimmy Salad

Ingredients
2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, or other types cut in chunks4 cups cucumber cut in chunks1/2 cup green or sweet onions, chopped8 oz. fresh Mozzarella cheese, cubed1/2 cup wine vinegar1/4 cup olive oil1/2 tsp minced garlic, or to tastebasil, oregano, s & p to taste
Directions
Combine first four ingredients in large bowl. Whisk together vinegar, oil and seasonings. Pour over salad ingredients, toss and chill. Looks very pretty in lettuce leaf lined bowl.
