Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.25 cup 2 egg whitesFlour, whole grain, .5 cup ww pastry flour 1/4 c**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4cBrown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked canola Oil, 1 1tsp Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .75 cup non fat milk 1/4c
Preheat waffle maker. Soften oats in hot water to just cover. Mix together wet ingredients, add softened oats. Mix egg whites until foamy, set aside. Mix together dry ingredients. When waffle maker is hot , add egg whites to wet mixture then stir into dry ingredients, being careful not yo over mix. Approximately 1/2c batter per serving.
