Just like Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana

Ingredients
1 lb. italian sausage1 large white onion2 tsp minced garlic12 cups water5 chicken boullion cubes1 cup heavy cream6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced1/4 bunch of kale ( about 1 cup chopped)
Directions
Saute sausage in large pot. Drain fat, and refrigerate when done.
Saute onions and garlic in same large pot for about 15 minutes, or until onions are soft.
Add chicken and water and heat until it starts to boil.
Add sliced potatoes and cook until soft, about half an hour.
Add heat cream and just cook until thoroughly heated.
Stir in the sausage and kale, let heat through, and serve.
