Banana Chia Seeds Oatmeal Breakfast Squares

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:1/2 cup of oatmeal, grinded to powder in food processor (about 1 or 2 min.)1/2 cup of whole wheat flour, sifted1 teaspoon baking powder4 tablespoons of Chia Seeds7 packets of SplendaWet ingredients:2 eggs, large1 ripe medium banana, mashed 1/4 cup of apple juicenon-stick spray, butter flavored preferred
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a square pan, or shape of choice, with non-stick spray. Set aside. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients; set aside. Mix mash bananas with two eggs. Add the dry ingredients. Mix well; mixing by hand with a spatula is recommended to avoid over-mixing. Add the apple juice at the end to soften the mix. Poured into pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until done. To check, insert a dry toothpick in the middle and if done, it will come out batter-free. ENJOY!
