Ranch Pork Loin Roast

Ingredients
4 pound - Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast 1 cup - Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Montreal Steak Spice
Directions
Completely thaw Pork Roast
Score top of roast with a sharp knife
Place in a zip-lock plastic bag
Add Ranch Dressing and seal bag
Marinade in the refrigerator overnight
Ensure pork is completely coated
Remove Roast from refrigerator and bring it to room temperature
Coat Roast in Montreal Steak Spice
Place on lightly greased grill over high heat and cook fro 2-3 minutes per side
Turn grill to medium heat and cook for 40-50 minutes with lid closed turning roast 2 or 3 times until internal temperature is 160 degrees using a meat thermometer.
Remove from grill, cover with tin foil and let stand for 15 minutes
Slice and enjoy
