Chicken and rice bake

Ingredients

1.25 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast1 cup of whole grain brown rice (cooks in 10 minute type)1 can of Campbell's healthy choice cream of chicken soup1 can of waterPepper and paprika to taste
In an 8x8 glass baking dish, empty the cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water
Mix thoroughly
Add 1 cup of uncooked brown rice
Add 1.25 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 3-4 oz pieces (3 large breasts cut in half is what mine came out to be)
Add pepper to taste and a sprinkling of paprika
Cook at 375 for 45 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (3.3 oz chicken portion per serving)
