Guinness Stout Chocolate Cupcake

1 Chocolate Cake Mix 4 large eggs-room temp1 cups sour cream-room temp1 stick of unsalted butter-melted1 box of Jell-o chocolate pudding instant mix3/4 cup Guinness Draught Beer30 cake mix liners
In a large mixing bowl combine eggs and sour cream until blended well.
Slowly add in pudding mix. Mix well.
Add in melted butter.
Alternately add cake mix and beer until all ingredients are combined completely.
Scoop into cupcake liners.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cupcakes bounce back when lightly touched.
Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
Serving Size: Makes 30 standard size cupcakes
