Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
Onion, raw cup diced, 1 cup (remove)Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 cup (remove)Peas and carrots, frozen, 2 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels (remove)Baked Tater Tots (9) pieces, 12 serving (remove)Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2 cup (remove)Beef, Ground, 80/20, crumbles, cooked, pan-browned, 16 oz (remove)
Directions
Brown Ground Chuck add onion and sauté onion with ground beef. Drain ground beef. Add frozen vegetables and cream of Chicken soup to ground beef and onion mix well. Add one cup cheese (save the rest for topping). Spray Pam on glass baking dish. Add all mixture to baking dish and bake for 40 minute at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
