Tofu Pecan Loaf

1 C bread crumbs1 lb tofu1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts2 T Savorex or vegex1 lg onion chopped1 c. hot water2 garlic cloves1 c rolled oats4 T gluten or soy flour2 tsp salt1 tsp. italian seasoning1 tsp. Paprika
Dissolve 2T Savorex in hot water. Mix all other ingredients together. Ad water to mix. Mixture will be stiff. Spray all inside surfaces of pan or loaf dish with thin layer of food release.
Turn Loaf mixture in pan. Bake at 375 for 1 our or until set in the middle. Serve sliced as it will hold its shape when turned out of the pan for a platter arrangement with parsley and cherry tomatoes, etc.
