Kalua Pig with Cabbage

Ingredients
8 1/2 lb Pork Shoulder Roast1/4 cup hawaiian sea salt3 Tbsp liquid smoke1/3 cup water1/2 head cabbage, shredded
Directions
Cover roast with hawaiian sea salt and place in slow cooker. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of liquid smoke over roast. Add 1/4-1/3 cup water to the bottom of slow cooker Cook on low for 8-12 hours.

Turn roast over and cook for another 8-10 hours.

Shred the pork, removing any large pieces of fat and bones. Save about 1-2 cups liquid and discard the rest. Add 1/2 head shredded cabbage and cook for another 2 hours. Serve with rice (not included in nutritional info.)
