Egg, squash, mushroom stir-fry

Ingredients
*Fresh Zuchinni and/or Squash, 1 cup*Mushrooms, white,1 cup sliced *Grape Tomatoes (1 serving = 7 tomatoes), *1 extra large egg 58 g (sparks egg farms), *Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
slice the zucchini and mushrooms
slice grape tomatoes in half
Heat oil over medium heat and add vegetables

Saute until zucchini is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Add tomatoes and saute for 3-4 min. more.
Serve
