Roasted Red Pepper Humus, Lo-Cal, Lo-Salt

Ingredients
1 can no-salt-added chick peas, rinsed and drained (or 1 1/2 cups cooked chick peas)2-3 fire roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry 1 tbsp tahinizest of one lemonjuice of 2 lemons1 tsp cumin2 gloves garlic, crushed
Directions
Whizz everything in food processor until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. If too thick, add small amount of water until you reach desired consistency.
