Pink Coconut Ice

Ingredients
2 cup of Caster Sugar1/2 cup of milk3/4 cup of Coconut
Directions
Boil sugar and milk for 5 minutes, add coconut and boil 1 minute longer, remove and beat while cooling till it cream. Pour half of the mixture quickly into a wet dish. Add pink food colouring to remaining mixture and pour on top of first layer. Refridgerate until its has become solid.
