Ingredients
1/3 c. part skim ricotta1 T flour1/4 c. tomato puree1/4 tsp oregano1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce2 T sliced mushrooms1 oz grated mozzarella cheese OR 1/4 c.
Blend in small bowl ricotta & flour. Roll in Hands and pat onto a food release sprayed cookie sheet in a circular pattern. Mounding edges slightly. In a small bowl combine puree, oregano, and worcestershire . Spoon over baked crust. Top w/ cheese and mushrooms. Return to oven and bake another 10 min. 217 cal.
